Faulty Disk Letter from Ian Stones

A letter from “Help-Line Operator” Ian Stones, signed on his behalf by Sally Beedham, to a Gremlin customer who had issues with one of their games. Note that the letter-head still has the late 80s/early 90s Gremlin logo before the rebrand in 1994 to Gremlin Interactive.
